Tagged + OMC Work + Staff Club Job Understudy Experience

I'm tagged by Stacey. And for once I'm the last person to answer the tag. Oops, haven't counted Jon in for that one, well 2nd last then. But anyway, only 4 people were tagged, so I guess answering a day after I'm tagged isn't too late :)

I'm lazy to change the colour schemes, so let's just keep the questions red. After all, I'm a part of an exclusive 'red' league (hehe, Eng Aun should know what I mean, he's part of the league too).

1. If your lover betrayed you, what will your reaction be?
Kill him! Oh no that's against the law.
Slap him? Errr... but what's the point. Though I don't deny that it might make me feel slightly better, hmmm.
Ditch him. That's for certain. And try to move on with life lo.

#2. If you can have a dream to come true, what would it be?
Me, I don't plan to settle down in exotic countries, cities, fantasy lands... I want to stay in a certain city paved with gold, that needs no light but shines with glory, TOGETHER with my family and friends. In fact I want it so much that I've been spending lots and lots of sleepless nights these days worrying if my dream would never come true.

#3. What will your dream wedding be like?
Never envisioned my own wedding - somehow I never made plans for marriage. Weddings make a lovely memory, but only a lovely marriage can sustain it. I guess I'm more concerned of what my life would be like after my wedding day. That is, IF I get married at all.

#4. Are you confused as to what lies ahead of you?
Sometimes. But I know it's going to be good. Not necessarily easy, but it's going to be good.

#5. What’s your ideal lover like?
Better not say here, if not I'll never get a date. Haha.

#6. Which is more blessed, loving someone or being loved by someone?
It hurts to love, and is sweet to be loved. But blessed is the one who gives, so I guess both are blessed, though in different ways.

#7. What do you see yourself as?
Somebody with multiple personalities. Some times they get out of control.Confused

#8. If the person you secretly like is already attached, what would you do?
Same as Stacey, try get him off my mind. Usually it doesn't take too long, haha.

#9. Is there anything that has made you unhappy these days?
Seems like I'm answering yes too, like most people. And it's holiday season! Aaaargh we should be happier...

#10. If you had a choice, what kind of family you want to be born into?
This one. Because God planned it for me, what can be better?

#11. Is being tagged fun?
Quite I supposed. I always manage to crap something. And it makes my blogs longer. Especially when you don't want to think of what to say.

#12. How do you see yourself in ten years time?
Working, aging, trying to stay young... hopefully found a concrete purpose in life that I can work towards.

#13. Who are currently the most important people to you?
Family and friends.

#14. What kind of person do you think the person who tagged you is?
Stacey is kind, enthusiastic, happy, someone who can make you smile when you think of her.

#15. Would you rather be single and rich or married but poor?
Depends on how lonely being single is, and how the marriage turns out (in the 2nd case).

#16. What’s the first thing you do every morning?
Decide if I want to continue snoozing for a few more minutes. Hugs pillows harder and wishes there are a few more hours to sleep.

#17. Would you give all in a relationship?
Perhaps. Never really attempted to do that, to be honest, giving sort of goes against my nature?

#18. Do you live to love, live to hate or live for the sake of living?
Live to love, dream and laugh.

#19. What type of friends do you like?
All of them.

#20. What type of friends do you dislike?
None really. Find it a bit difficult to really dislike people. If the person's is someone you call a friend, you sort of like them despite their faults.

The fun part:
I want to tag:
- A certain bot-like senior who fills my guest book with funny comments.
- Somebody with pink MSN fonts and babysits my NT, if she reads this.
- The two red ones in MSL who read my blog :) Yes if you're reading this you're one of the two! The last red one never does, I think.
- Yi Feng, because you tagged me before and I haven't returned the tag.
- Ah Yoong (Boon Yoong), because there are no tags in your blog yet!

Tag done. Ahahaa.

OMC work is still relatively light if I compare myself with RHOC and Float. Today I improved a bit. Made more calls, emails and faxes as compared to yesterday. Hopefully this will go on well and we'll fill up the goody bags soon. Float things are quite hard to source too. Fortunately Zhi Jun and Boon Chek are very, very professional. Boon Chek can alternate his language from Chinese to English as easily as a frog can move from water to land. We get free green tea drinks too!

Getting quite used to making calls by now. it's quite easy actually, and I do consider myself lucky not to meet people who are rude or just slam down the phone halfway. We circulate the NUS canteens for lunches. Soon I'll be very familiar with all the canteens in NUS if we go on at this rate. Love the nice LONG lunch breaks.

Anticipating the collection of things too! Sounds like fun. :)

Will be going to Wing Mei's house with Swee Yee + Jon on Saturday. My days are really filled! My slow holiday is sort of picking up pace at last.

Today I went to understudy Wai Pheng at the NUS Staff Club. Took me some time to find my way there. It looks like a hotel in the inside, with all sorts of facilities and lovely furnishing. It's a nice place. I'll be working there for 8 hours per week after Wai Pheng leaves for some extra income to cover my holiday stay expenses.

The job is rather complicated, there's quite a lot of things to do and remember, but I can't say it's really taxing. However, to remember to close all the doors, lights, and electricity switches before leaving is quite a task, there are scores and scores of them everywhere! But I suppose I'll be used to it as time passes by. It's a nice job, actually.

Next week I'll officially start work. Hopefully it's a memorable experience!
